1. Production process


Melting and casting link


Use submerged horizontal continuous casting technology to reduce the cooling of molten metal and smoke emissions, and at the same time improve the yield rate through micro rare earth element smelting technology.


Some companies use continuous extrusion method to generate billets from Φ20 copper rods through heating deformation and circulating water cooling, which has the characteristics of energy saving and high material utilization.


Rolling and annealing


The hot rolling process adopts large ingot rolling and thickness closed-loop control technology to increase rolling speed and reduce energy consumption.


The cold rolling process combines AGC closed-loop thickness control and roller technology, combined with multiple annealing (such as U-shaped furnace annealing, air cushion furnace annealing) and surface cleaning to ensure the surface quality and mechanical properties of the material.
