Production process

Wire drawing

Using a multi-pass drawing process, the purchased 8mm copper rod is drawn step by step into the specifications required by the customer (such as 1mm and finer) through a large drawing machine, a medium drawing machine, and a small drawing machine. During the process, a water-based copper drawing liquid is used for spraying and lubrication, and the lubricating liquid is reused through a circulation system to reduce waste. The residual liquid on the surface of the copper wire after drawing needs to be removed to ensure cleanliness.


Annealing treatment

The copper wire after drawing needs to be annealed to eliminate work hardening. The annealing temperature is 650℃, and the equipment runs continuously to improve efficiency. The ductility and conductivity of the copper wire are optimized after annealing.


Patented anti-oxidation process

Using self-developed anti-oxidation technology (such as patent ZL200710124784.9), the copper wire can remain unoxidized for 51 days without protection through special treatment, significantly improving product stability and storage life.


Subsequent processing

According to the needs, wire bundling, re-twisting, insulation coating and other processes may be carried out, and finally strict quality inspection and packaging are passed for storage.
