Size range
Thickness:
The minimum thickness is 0.1mm and the maximum thickness can reach 200mm.
Some data show that the supply thickness range is 0.3-150mm, or the staged specifications are 0.2-10mm, 3-160mm, which is related to different processing states (such as soft state and hard state).
Width:
The standard width range is 3mm to 2500mm, and the upper limit of the width of some products can reach 3100mm.
The width of the strip is narrower, such as 15-630mm (when the thickness is 0.1-0.45mm).
Length:

Copper (Cu) content: ≥99.95% (oxygen-free copper No. 2) to ≥99.97% (oxygen-free copper No. 1), total impurity content ≤0.03%-0.05%.
Oxygen (O) content: generally ≤0.003% (30 ppm), ≤0.001% (such as vacuum application scenarios).
Impurity restrictions:
Lead (Pb) ≤0.004%, iron (Fe) ≤0.004%, sulfur (S) ≤0.004%, zinc (Zn) ≤0.003%, others such as bismuth (Bi), antimony (Sb), arsenic (As), nickel (Ni), etc. are all subject to restrictions.
Mechanical properties vary significantly depending on the material state (annealed, hard, etc.):
Tensile strength:
Soft state (annealed): 215-275 MPa (≈31.8-40 ksi).
Hard state (cold worked): 261-441 MPa (≈38-64 ksi), up to 462 MPa (67 ksi).
Yield strength:
Soft state: 49-78 MPa (≈7-11 ksi).
Hard state: 290-400 MPa (≈42-58 ksi).

Soft state: 35-55% (excellent plasticity after annealing).
Hard state: 10-15% (plasticity decreases after cold working).

The production process and product advantages of C10200 copper plate are as follows:
1. Production process
Smelting and casting
The raw material is high-purity electrolytic copper (copper content ≥99.95%), which is smelted at high temperature to form a uniform liquid alloy, and the oxygen content is strictly controlled (≤0.03%) to avoid hydrogen embrittlement.
During casting, the molten copper liquid is injected into the mold, and after cooling, an ingot or casting is formed. Sand casting, metal mold casting or continuous casting can be used.
Heat treatment
Annealing: The temperature range is 375-650℃, which is used to eliminate processing stress, improve ductility, and adjust the grain structure to optimize performance.
Solution treatment: Enhance the strength and corrosion resistance of the copper plate. For example, through cold processing (such as rolling, stretching) combined with annealing process, the tensile strength can be increased to 220-350 MPa.
Processing and forming
Through forging, rolling, stretching and other processes, the ingots are processed into plates, bars, pipes, etc., supporting cold/hot plastic processing, with a thickness range of 0.1-100mm and a width of up to 2500mm.
Surface treatment includes polishing, grinding, anodizing, etc. to ensure that the product is flat and free of sand holes and pores.

High electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity: electrical conductivity ≥97% IACS (some data are 99% or higher), thermal conductivity 391 W/(m·℃), suitable for high-power current transmission and heat dissipation scenarios.

The surface oxide film is beautiful and durable, and the life of some applications (such as building roofs) can reach 100 years.
