What are the common properties and uses of copper strip?

Copper strip has different uses depending on the material itself.

First, copper strip: has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and processing performance, often used as electrical conductivity, heat conduction, corrosion resistant equipment compared with T1, T2, containing reduced electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity impurities, higher oxygen content, only used as general copper, such as electrical switches, pads, nails, tubing and other pipelines. And also has welding, good cold bending performance, can be processed and used in a reducing environment, mainly supplied by pipes, occasionally with rods, plates, belts, wires, mostly used to manufacture a variety of conveying pipes, condenser pipes, evaporators, heat exchangers, etc.

Second, ordinary brass strip: with high strength, good plasticity, suitable for cold and hot processing weldability and corrosion resistance, condensation and heat dissipation tubes, serpentine tubes, siphon tubes, cooling equipment parts. In addition, it also has good mechanical properties, can withstand hot and cold processing, and is used to make small hardware, daily necessities, screws and other parts.

Third, lead brass strip: this is a relatively widely used lead brass, with good mechanical properties, and good machinability, can withstand hot and cold pressure processing, used in cutting and stamping processing of various structural parts, such as gaskets, bushings, etc.
