Production process:
Raw material preparation: The production of C79200 copper rods usually uses scrap copper (such as scrap brass and scrap copper) as the main raw material, and impurities are removed through pre-treatment steps such as sorting and cleaning.
Smelting process: The sorted raw materials are added to the furnace with electrolytic copper, zinc ingots, etc. for smelting, and the temperature is usually controlled between 1050℃ and 1100℃. Slag removers are added during the smelting process to remove impurities, and insulation treatment is used to ensure uniform molten liquid.
Continuous casting and extrusion: The smelted copper liquid enters the continuous casting link and forms a continuous casting rod after cooling. It is then further processed by a reverse extruder to achieve the required size and performance requirements. This process includes hot extrusion, skinning and annealing to improve the density and surface finish of the product.
Scrap recovery: The scraps generated during the production process will be collected and reused to reduce waste and reduce production costs.
Environmental protection measures: The entire production process is equipped with a bag dust removal system to effectively reduce smoke and dust emissions. At the same time, wastewater is reused after wet screening and sedimentation treatment to ensure that environmental protection standards are met.
