Continuous extrusion method

Horizontal continuous casting-cold rolling short process

The process includes unwinding → leveling → copper powder addition → multiple sintering and rolling → winding. 4. Annealing and cold rolling control
In large-scale production, by adjusting the annealing temperature (such as 260~650℃) and the total cold rolling processing rate (such as 60%~85%), the strength and plasticity of the material are balanced to ensure grain refinement and stable performance.
