I. Production process
1. Raw material preparation
The main component of C51900 copper strip is tin bronze, and its chemical composition includes copper (Cu), tin (Sn), lead (Pb), etc., of which the tin content is 6.0%~7.0% and the lead content is 0.10%~0.25%. Raw materials such as electrolytic copper plates and scrap copper plates need to be prepared before production.
Smelting and casting
Using electromagnetic casting technology, the actual casting temperature is 1150℃, and the billet is continuously cast by the upward method. This method can improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
2. Processing technology
Continuous casting and rolling method: The cast billet is horizontally cast, and the pull-stop-push process is adopted. The pulling speed can reach 180mm/s to ensure that the surface of the strip is smooth and without scars.
Cold rolling and annealing: Through multiple cold rolling and annealing treatments, the material thickness is gradually reduced and the mechanical properties are improved.
3. Surface treatment: Bright annealing, milling and other processes are used to further improve the surface quality.
4. Forming and winding
The final product is rolled into a copper coil or copper strip after cold rolling with automatic thickness control. The finished product has high precision, high conductivity and good surface finish.
