Conventional wire diameter: 0.1mm to 5.0mm. For example, common wire diameters in the market include 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 5.0mm, etc.

Cold processing performance: It can be strengthened by cold pressure processing, but it is easy to become hot brittle during hot processing.

Basic process:
C52100 copper wire production uses copper rod as raw material, and the main process includes:
Stretching: Multiple stretching through a large drawing machine to gradually reduce the wire diameter.
Annealing: Intermediate annealing treatment (temperature 500-680℃) to eliminate work hardening and improve ductility.
Wire drawing and inspection: The wire diameter is refined by a multi-head wire drawing machine, and unqualified products are eliminated through quality inspection.
Winding/tinning: The finished product is wound or tinned (adding flux) to improve welding performance.
Process optimization:
Annealing temperature control (such as 280℃ stress relief annealing) can significantly improve elongation and bending performance and reduce the risk of cracking.
Use precision processes such as centrifugal casting to ensure material density and wear resistance (such as super phosphor bronze project).
