Production process and key technologies

The production process of C65100 copper wire is divided into the following core steps, and the key technical parameters are strictly controlled:


Smelting-insulation-upward

The electrolytic copper plate is melted in an industrial frequency induction furnace, and the surface of the copper liquid is covered with charcoal to isolate oxygen, and enters the insulation furnace through a transition tank protected by carbon monoxide.

Key technology: oxygen content control (<10ppm), rapid cooling of the crystallizer to form an oxygen-free copper rod, and soft state conductivity ≥100% IACS.


Extrusion molding


Use continuous hot extrusion technology to eliminate surface defects and generate ultra-fine grain flat wire.

Advantages: Improve conductivity and mechanical strength, suitable for high voltage transformer electromagnetic wire.

Wire drawing process

Use polycrystalline mold and new lubricant, the dimensional error after wire drawing is ≤0.01mm.

Parameters: high total elongation coefficient (improve drawing efficiency), surface finish reaches industrial standards.


Hardening treatment


Through mold design and lubricant concentration optimization, the yield strength is as high as 300MPa, and the conductivity is still maintained at ≥100% IACS.

Painting and transposition processing

The baking process ensures that the breakdown voltage and wear resistance of the paint film meet the standards; the transposition technology reduces the friction of the enameled wire and avoids deformation
