1. Production process

Melting and continuous casting


The raw materials are cathode copper and phosphor copper alloy, which are melted at a high temperature of 1200℃ in an industrial frequency furnace and then formed by horizontal continuous casting. This process can effectively control the uniformity and dimensional accuracy of the tube blank.


Horizontal continuous casting-planetary tube rolling method and planetary ball mold spinning process have further improved production efficiency and product quality, reaching the domestic advanced level.

Rolling and stretching


The planetary rolling process uses a long-stroke, ring-hole tube rolling machine to significantly reduce the eccentricity problem of the copper tube and improve dimensional accuracy.

The stretching process uses a high-speed series joint drawing machine and a multi-wire stretching machine with independent technology, combined with the floating core head technology, to ensure that the product has high internal and external surface finish and small dimensional tolerance.

Annealing and surface treatment


Online annealing uses a net chain bright annealing technology to keep the copper tube surface free of oxidation spots and scratches and maintain a bright state.

The surface cleaning process is enhanced with corrosion resistance and durability through rewinding flaw detection and anti-rust electroplating treatment (such as five-layer electroplating).


Environmental protection and recycling


The waste emulsion (S2), copper chips (S3) and waste mineral oil (S5) generated during the production process are all recycled, and the waste gas (G1-G4) and slag (S1) are discharged in compliance with the standards after treatment.
