Production process

Raw material processing and smelting

C63600 copper rod uses scrap copper, electrolytic copper, zinc ingots and other raw materials, which are put into the furnace for melting in proportion. Large-tonnage electric furnaces are used in the smelting process, and submerged liquid transfer technology is used to ensure uniform metal solution. Some processes also use medium-frequency electric furnace induction heating, and metal materials are cut by magnetic induction lines to achieve efficient melting.


Continuous casting technology

Extrusion and stretching
