1. Outer diameter range:
Chinese standard (GB/T18033-2000): maximum outer diameter is 30mm.
American standard (ASTM): maximum outer diameter can reach 105mm.
European Union standard (EN): maximum outer diameter is 64mm.
Specific common specifications: 22mm, 28mm, 42mm, 54mm, etc., covering the needs of construction, air conditioning and refrigeration, and industrial pipelines.
2. Wall thickness range:
Annealed state (R220) copper tube: wall thickness 1.2mm (outer diameter ≤ 28mm).
Semi-hard/hard state (R250/R290) copper tube: wall thickness 1.5mm (outer diameter 42mm), 2.0mm (outer diameter 54mm).
According to the ASTM B88 standard, the wall thickness of copper tubes for air conditioning and refrigeration (ACR type) ranges from 0.015 inches (about 0.38mm) to 0.5 inches (about 12.7mm), corresponding to an outer diameter of 1/8 inches to 4-1/4 inches (3.18mm~107.95mm).
International Standards
Chinese Standards:
GB/T18033-2000: Copper tubes are divided into three types according to wall thickness: A (thick wall), B (general purpose), and C (thin wall), covering the range of DN15~200mm, which is in line with the EU EN1057-X standard.
Dimensional accuracy requirements: The allowable deviation of the outer diameter is slightly lower than the American standard, but the indicators such as wall thickness deviation and straightness are equivalent to the American, European and Japanese standards.
American Standards:
ASTM B88: Standardizes the dimensions, mechanical properties and tolerances of seamless copper water pipes, covering the fields of refrigeration and water supply.
RWMA Class 2: Dimensional specifications for electrode materials, providing rods, plates and other forms (copper tube dimensions refer to ACR type).
EU Standards:
EN1057: Specifies the material conditions (such as annealed R220, semi-hard R250, etc.) and dimensional tolerances of copper tubes, with a maximum outer diameter of 64mm.

Production process and product advantages of C18200 copper tube:
1. Production process
Melting and continuous casting process
Use industrial frequency furnace to melt cathode copper and phosphor copper alloy (1200℃), and form copper tube blanks through horizontal continuous casting technology.
Use coreless industrial frequency furnace to realize industrial production of C18200 ingots to ensure uniform distribution of chromium elements.
Rolling and stretching
Planetary rolling process (such as planetary ball mold spinning) is used to produce smooth copper tubes and internally threaded copper tubes, significantly improving dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Use long-stroke tube mills and high-speed series joint drawing machines to reduce eccentricity and optimize the quality of internal and external surfaces.
Heat treatment and annealing
Matching net chain bright annealing process to ensure that there is no oxidation spot on the surface of the copper tube and the mechanical properties are stable.
The strength, hardness and conductivity of the alloy (up to 80% IACS) are improved through quenching and aging treatment (aging hardening at 425-500℃).
Testing and straightening
Use direct reading spectrometer, electronic tensile machine and other high-precision equipment to detect composition and performance to ensure data accuracy.
High-precision straightening machine ensures the straightness of copper tube and avoids straightening marks.

Electrical conductivity ≥ 80% IACS, thermal conductivity 115-320 W/(m·K), suitable for high-temperature conductive environment (such as welding machine electrodes, switch contacts).
High mechanical properties
Tensile strength of 460 MPa at room temperature, high temperature (above 200℃) strength is twice that of ordinary copper, softening temperature ≥ 500℃, suitable for long-term high temperature use.
