INTRODUCTION

Production process and product advantages of C95400 copper plate:

1. Production process

Casting process:

C95400 is mainly produced by a variety of casting methods, including sand casting, die casting, shell casting, centrifugal casting and lost wax casting, etc. These processes can adapt to the molding needs of components of different complexity.

Melting and alloy ratio: Accurately control the chemical composition (copper ≥ 83%, aluminum 10-11.5%, iron 3-5%, manganese ≤ 0.5%, nickel ≤ 1.5%) to ensure material uniformity and performance consistency.

Subsequent processing: The billet after casting can be made into plates, bars, pipes, etc. through mechanical processing such as forging, extrusion, rolling, etc., and the surface can be turned, polished, pickled, etc.

Special processing technology:

Surface treatment: such as spraying primer, topcoat and drying to improve corrosion resistance and appearance quality.

Heat treatment: Some applications require heat treatment to optimize mechanical properties or corrosion resistance.

2. Product advantages

Excellent mechanical properties:

High strength and hardness: tensile strength 520-750 MPa, hardness HRC 19-22 or Brinell hardness 160-200, suitable for high-load scenarios.

Wear resistance: better than beryllium bronze, the life is significantly extended when used for friction parts such as molds and bearings.

High temperature stability: stable mechanical properties below 400℃, low high temperature oxidation rate.

Corrosion resistance:

Excellent performance in seawater, fresh water and industrial corrosion environments, suitable for ships, marine engineering, etc.

Processing and economy:

Easy to process: can be formed by casting, forging, extrusion and other processes, and the surface can be processed into a mirror.

Cost advantage: the price is about one-third of beryllium bronze, with high cost performance.

Wide application areas:

Industrial equipment: gears, bearings, hydraulic components, etc.

Transportation: automobile exhaust pipe molds, aircraft components, etc.

Energy and ocean: oil platform hardware, marine parts, etc.
