C11000 electrolytic copper plate production process
1. Raw material preparation and electrolytic refining
Copper anode plate processing: Using copper anode plates (containing more than 98.5% copper) as raw materials, impurities are removed through electrolytic refining process. Under the action of direct current, the electrolyte (copper sulfate solution) deposits copper ions at the cathode to form high-purity cathode copper (purity of more than 99.99%).
Electrolyte circulation: The electrolyte is heated by circulating through high-level tanks and plate heat exchangers, and byproducts such as copper sulfate and nickel are recovered in the steps of vacuum evaporation and water-cooling crystallization to achieve efficient resource utilization.
Residual anode treatment: The residual anode after electrolysis is returned to the smelting workshop for reuse after washing, and the anode mud is filtered to recover precious metals.
