Phosphorus deoxidation process: C12200 copper plate is deoxidized by adding phosphorus, which significantly improves the weldability and brazing performance of the material, while avoiding the problem of hydrogen embrittlement. The addition of phosphorus also improves the grain refinement ability and increases the solidus temperature of the material.

Cold rolling and hot rolling processing: Cold and hot plastic processing processes (such as cold rolling and hot rolling) can produce copper plates with a thickness range of 0.1-100mm. Precision rolling technology can achieve high-precision strips with a thickness tolerance of less than 0.003mm. The annealing temperature range is 700-1200 degrees Fahrenheit (about 371-649℃) to optimize the mechanical properties of the material.

High-precision production line: Some manufacturers (such as Huacheng Metal) are equipped with high-precision rolling equipment with an annual output of 80,000 tons, which can produce ultra-thin copper strips (≥0.05mm) and wide plates (up to 600mm wide), suitable for high-demand fields such as electronic components.

The electrical conductivity is 70%-85% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard), which is lower than pure copper (C11000), but still meets the needs of electrical connectors, brushes, cables, etc.

It has good resistance to water (including seawater), soil, non-oxidizing acids and salt solutions, and is suitable for harsh environments such as underground pipelines and marine engineering.

Resistant to pitting and stress corrosion cracking, especially in reducing atmospheres without the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.

Surface quality and precision tolerance:

The surface is bright without sand holes and pores, with high flatness, meeting the needs of precision electronic component manufacturing.

The thickness tolerance can be controlled within ±0.003mm, and the roll weight can reach 6 tons, which is suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
