Size range
National standard (GB/T 11091-2014)
Thickness: 0.07~0.80 mm, suitable for copper strip for cables.
Width: 15~305 mm.
Other states such as soft annealing (O60), annealing to 1/8 hard (O80), etc. need to be negotiated by both parties.
Enterprise standards and customized range
The thickness can be extended to 0.1~3 mm (such as Qingdao Xinhuihui Company's products), and some suppliers even support plate thickness of 0.1~100 mm.
The width can be as low as 7 mm (such as Shanghai Jinchi Company's products) and up to 1220 mm (customized requirements).

ASTM standards
Comply with ASTM B152/B152M-2019, covering thin plates, strips, medium and thick plates and rolled bars.
The mechanical properties are similar to those of the C11000 grade, and the tensile strength range varies depending on the state (e.g. soft state ≥205 MPa, hard state ≥350 MPa).

DIN: The corresponding model is OF-CU (oxygen-free copper).
JIS: Such as the C1020 standard, supports customization of widths of 20 to 610 mm.

Conductivity: ≥100% IACS (such as national standards TU1, TU2), and some companies' products can reach ≥101% IACS.
Surface treatment: supports polishing, oiling, mirroring and other methods.

Copper (Cu) content: ≥99.95% (oxygen-free copper No. 2) to ≥99.97% (oxygen-free copper No. 1), total impurity content ≤0.03%-0.05%.
Oxygen (O) content: generally ≤0.003% (30 ppm), ≤0.001% (such as vacuum application scenarios).
Impurity restrictions:
Lead (Pb) ≤0.004%, iron (Fe) ≤0.004%, sulfur (S) ≤0.004%, zinc (Zn) ≤0.003%, others such as bismuth (Bi), antimony (Sb), arsenic (As), nickel (Ni), etc. are all subject to restrictions.

1. Production process
Continuous casting and rolling method
The continuous casting and rolling process is used to produce long copper strips with a thickness range of 0.2-1.2 mm. The process includes copper ingot casting, semi-finished product rolling, annealing treatment and strip packaging to ensure stable material performance.
Combination of cold and hot processing
Supports cold processing (such as stamping, drawing) and hot processing (temperature 750-875℃). The oxygen content does not affect the weldability and processing performance, and is suitable for the forming of complex shapes.
Annealing treatment
The annealing temperature range is 375-650℃, and the hardness of the material can be adjusted (such as M state HBS35-45, Y state HBS85-95) to meet different application requirements.
Precision striping and surface treatment
Provide customized striping (width 7-1000 mm) and surface treatment (polishing, brushing, mirror, etc.), adapted to high-precision requirements such as electronic components.
