Copper Strip:
According to supplier data, the strip thickness ranges from 0.01mm to 2.0mm, the width can reach 600mm, and the tolerance is ±0.02mm.
In general copper strip standards (such as GB/T 2059), the thickness ranges from 0.05mm to 3.0mm, and the width is 20mm to 500mm; the ASTM B152 standard covers a wider range of thickness (0.05mm to 12.7mm) and width (up to 1000mm).
Copper Coil:
Common specifications for coil inner diameter are 80mm to 500mm, the width can be extended to 1250mm, and the thickness covers 0.075mm to 5.00mm (suitable for industrial purposes such as transformers).

1. Production process
Melting and casting process
Use coreless industrial frequency furnace for smelting to ensure uniform distribution of alloy components (such as Cr), and optimize material properties through quenching and aging treatment.
The specifications of ingots are usually 15~18×300~450×Lmm, with a maximum single weight of 6.5 tons, and enter subsequent processing after strict inspection.
Processing process
Continuous extrusion method: After continuous extrusion and deformation, the Φ20 copper rod is cooled by circulating water to generate billets, which are suitable for the production of precision products such as copper strips for new energy vehicle batteries.
Rolling process: including milling, rough rolling, intermediate annealing, finishing rolling, finished product annealing and other steps. Key equipment such as Japan Morita milling machine and Germany Otto Junker annealing furnace ensure that the product surface is high in smoothness and thickness accuracy of ±0.002mm.
Surface treatment: including pre-degreasing, pickling, passivation, brushing, grinding and drying to remove impurities and improve surface quality.
Application of advanced technology
Using three processes of "horizontal continuous casting-cold rolling", "vertical semi-continuous casting-hot rolling-cold rolling" and "upward continuous casting extrusion" to meet the needs of different specifications.
Italian Mino six-roller cold finishing mill and other equipment achieve high-precision control, with a minimum thickness of 0.035mm.
