1. Production process

Excellent hot processing performance

C63200 aluminum bronze has good plasticity at high temperature and can be formed by hot extrusion, hot rolling and hot forging, which is suitable for the manufacture of complex structures. Its ingot structure is α phase + eutectoid, with good fluidity, which is convenient for casting and extrusion.


Cold processing adaptability

This material has a certain cold processing ability and can be cold rolled, bent and formed, which is suitable for the manufacture of precision parts.


Welding and cutting process


Welding: Suitable for argon arc welding, flash welding and copper welding, but not suitable for gas welding, tin welding and electroslag welding.


Cutting performance: The cutting performance is 30%, and the grinding performance is medium. It is necessary to combine appropriate process parameters to optimize efficiency.


Heat treatment strengthening

The grain structure can be refined (average grain size 31.8μm) through quenching (such as 845°C water quenching) and tempering (such as 715°C tempering for 3 hours), which significantly improves the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
